Last night, on behalf of Center for Biological Diversity and Maricopa Bird Alliance, our firm secured a victory under the Endangered Species Act in connection with the U.S. Forest Service's cattle grazing program in the Coronado National Forest. The court concluded that the incidental take statements in the biological opinion violated the ESA in several distinct ways, thus undermining protections for the Sonora chub and the Chiricahua leopard frog. The opinion can be found here.
